Repair – We design repair programs to suit our customer’s business needs. We offer dealers repair programs from cosmetic part replacement, using either new or refurbished parts, to board level repairs on submitted devices.

 

      We’ll help you outline a service and repair program that meets your needs. We’ll create a program, allocate the resources, and meet your requirements.

Repair program options include but are not limited to the following:

      • Board level part replacement for serial ports, charge ports, volume buttons, heat shield replacement, and any         other board level component repair.

      • Cosmetic part replacement for housings, battery covers, antennas, etc. Parts can be new OEM parts or        refurbished parts from our paint system.

 

     • Shipping options can be from dealer locations or directly from individual customers. Outbound shipments can be        sent back to dealer locations or to customer businesses or homes. Any combination of these options is available.

 

     • Real time data to track units in the device repair or refurbishment programs. Track units through the shipment,        arrival, repair, quality assurance, and return shipment process. Up to the minute data to keep you and your        customer’s informed on turn-around-time and device status.

 

      We can design any variation of possible service and repair programs. We’ll ensure our resources are allocated and training is completed to meet all your device repair and refurbishment needs.
